Status of these terms
These are initial service terms for product setup. They must be reviewed and completed with the operator’s legal entity, jurisdiction, refund policy, and formal contact details before accepting paid public customers.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate applicable law, compromise systems, distribute malware, abuse individuals, evade provider safeguards, or infringe third-party rights. Users are responsible for the applications they build and content they submit.
Accounts and keys
Keep account credentials and API keys secure. Usage made with an active key is attributed to its account until the key is revoked. Report suspected compromise promptly and rotate the affected key.
Availability and model changes
Model availability, capabilities, limits, and prices may change as providers update their services. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, no specific uptime or model permanence is promised by this initial notice.
